An exciting opportunity for a Senior Creative Producer to join create original content at a global esports events programme in 2019.

The chosen candidate will work closely with the Head of Production to ensure the delivery of high quality content for an esports audience, the content will set us out from our competitors and elevate our brand.

The successful candidate will have the following knowledge:

• Have a basic knowledge of Esports - specifically CSGO
• Have great organisational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Be capable of working within and leading a team
• Have strong negotiation skills
• Be flexible and able to adapt quickly to the demands of challenging and unusual projects
• Understand the demands of animated promos.
• Scope out and determine the feasibility of producing final creative work in a variety of formats with quick turnaround times.
• Source quotes and estimates for production work
• Ensure the correct licensing of artistic material across all formats and locations within agreed timings
• Maintain quality standards across the production of all creative work
• Plan and manage timing schedules that fit the needs of the event brief and budget
• Report progress of all work and any anticipated deviation from planned timings and costs to senior management week to week.
