The Role
RFRSH is looking to hire a Partnerships Manager in its newest office in London’s Soho. The Partnership Manager will lead and develop existing partner relationships for RFRESH, including proactively driving partnership agreements through a strong understanding of individual partners’ markets and business objectives. Reporting to the President & CCO, the role will manage all contractual rights and work with numerous partners to deliver activation goals around the Blast Pro Series http://www.blastproseries.com/
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of RFRSH partners, delivering contractual rights as well as the activation aspects and experiential campaigns for the assigned brands.
- Establish a partner plan which also deliver against RFRSH’s overall strategic plan, including defining clear objectives and measurements of success.
- Ensure the needs of both Partners and RFRSH are met and that you have a robust understanding of the Partner brands and businesses.
- Constantly challenge yourself to develop new and innovative ways to provide value to both the respective Partner and RFRSH.
- Establish clear and agreed campaign plans and objectives against each of their rights
- Encourage Partners with new ideas and propositions you see in the wider Marketing sphere, remain current in experiential, digital/social media and activation trends.
- To foster the best possible professional and personal relationships with Partners, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- To support the team in delivering any Partner events, leading as appropriate.
- To keep abreast of all industry relevant marketing and business developments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a commercial / client facing environment required.
- Practical account management / activation experience.
- Excellent understanding and experience of management of sponsorship contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including proven experience of influencing decision makers at a senior level.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and understand operational detail.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomous environment.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.
- A thorough understanding of brand dynamics and consumer trends.
- Experience of achieving and exceeding targets, in a target driven setting whilst demonstrating integrity.
