The Role
RFRSH is looking to hire a Head of Brand Partnerships in its newest office in London’s Soho. The Partnership Sales Director will play a critical role in shaping RFRSH’s Commercial Business. Reporting to the President & CCO, the role will help shape & form the sales strategy to commercialise the current IP & properties the organisation can go out and sell.
The primary purpose of this role will be to create a clear and succinct sales strategy around the Blast Pro Series http://www.blastproseries.com/
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the sponsorship sales function RFRSH’s headline event BLAST Pro Series
- Create packages with event assets in order to drive new revenue
- Work to gain a comprehensive understanding of the target clients/prospects for your products
- Prepare exciting and creative proposals to attract new sponsors
- Manage your own pipeline of prospective clients and ensure their proposition is in line with the RFRSH offering
- Bring with you a network of sport, media and entertainment contacts who will be of interest to RFRSH
- Develop and distribute innovative rights packages across multi-platform
- Achieve assigned revenue goals
- Representing RFRSH at events in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications & Skills
- 5-7 years’ work experience
- Sports, media, entertainment experience within commercial and sponsorship sales
- Experience in creating and implementing sales strategy
- Understanding of the esports proposition and by extension the value certain partners will bring to the organisation
- Clear understanding of end to end sales process
- Experience working across digital sponsorship and creating value on multiple channels
- An understanding of the different ways to package rights and the opportunity presented by a more diverse inventory

- Fluent English + 2nd European Language a bonus
- Ability to Travel to HQ in Copenhagen and with the Series around the world.
