About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our largest gaming client, ensuring you understand the client's business objectives and how our work delivers to support them.
Responsibilities
- You will support the client lead in the efficient running of the client account, ensuring client teams are delivering against expectations set out by the client lead.
- Responsible for independently performing BAU tasks on your assigned client account, including but not limited to data and contact report creation.
- You will understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish product/solutions provided with the client team. You will understand how they effects and impact the wider business.
- You will understand and adhere to client management best practices.
- Contribute towards the success of your hub, through maintaining high standards across everything you do.
Requirements
What you’ll need
- Strong project management background and confidence to lead large projects across teams
- A basic understanding of digital marketing channels and Jellyfish capabilities
- Experience working with content production teams: Video, Editorial, Social
- Ability to articulate and converse with confidence, demonstrating good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple demands
- A passion for digital and a desire to learn new skills
Advantageous:
- Experience or interest in the competitive video game industry
- Understanding of the wider marketing mix
- Understanding of digital marketing channels
- Knowledge of Google technology stack
- Good problem solving skills
