As Product Manager | Growth UA, you will be accountable for the strategies and features crucial to Apex Mobile’s success in being the most competitive mobile shooter on the market. You’ll impact the strategic direction of our Growth efforts by working closely with Publishing to ensure features like VIP Programs, 3rd Party Streamer Integrations, and UA optimization, are developed at top quality. You will be working with a team of product managers, publishers, and analysts to formulate a strategic vision that will achieve our product goals. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Performance & Live Operations and will work closely with product and design leads to ensure that our systems deliver a best-in-class player experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and a scientific mindset to test, learn, and iterate to create the best experiences for our players. Strong attention to detail is required as this role has a direct impact on the player experience which is crucial to the product's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Publishing to assess their feature requests and prioritize them appropriately to achieve product success.
  • Lead the vision for the creation of systems like VIP Programs and integrations with systems like Twitch or YouTube Gaming.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to create a roadmap for improvement
  • Report on metrics holistically and regionally to highlight opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze the marketing performance to inform strategic decision-making
  • Work closely with the System’s Designers on the new player funnel.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required - the desired focus of studies in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or Math,
  • Analytical acumen
  • Understanding of free-to-play games systems and economies
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize work as part of a team


  • Speaks Mandarin & English
  • Prior work experience with an Advertising Agency in UA
  • Experience collaborating with off-shore development teams
