The Company

ReKTGlobal is a global esports marketing services and professional team organization. Through team Rogue, it participates in 6 distinct game titles, including Rainbow Six and League of Legends European Championships (LEC). Additionally, as of January 2020, ReKTGlobal LLC began operating the London Royal Ravens as an inaugural franchise in the Call of Duty League. ReKTGlobal LLC’s marketing services division works with such brands and properties including State Farm, HyperX, Epic Games and Warner Brothers. We also feature a number of prominent influencers/streamers in the market including Dr. Lupo, a top 10 Twitch personality.

The Position

  • Conceive, develop, measure and analyze campaign and channel performance across digital/offline acquisition channels, including but not limited to: Paid Social, Amazon, BestBuy, YouTube, Display, Video.
  • Manage day-to-day paid acquisition campaigns including planning, execution, optimizations, budget pacing and reporting across channels
  • Maintain daily contact and communicate clearly to our clients
  • Communicate insights and actionable next steps to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Editorial, Design and Content team to produce effective, performance-focused results
  • Provide Full Funnel Attribution
  • Maintain feedback loop through reporting insights, and analytics
  • Impress clients with creative analytics and finding the story in the numbers
  • Embrace test & learn on new and creative growth strategies
  • Work to develop and execute performance and growth testing roadmap that aligns with team and company goals
  • Create recommendations for new business pitches

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of agency or in-house experience managing paid digital acquisition campaigns
  • Experience in gaming/esports a plus
  • Expert at all Microsoft Business Suite products, especially Excel & Powerpoint
  • Experience managing monthly media budgets
  • A deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, CVR, CPC, AOV, ROAS & LTV) and how they work together to influence results
  • Passion for effective ad creative: creative recommendations and suggestions mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills: able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance and identify daily, weekly, monthly trends
  • Strong analytical skills, time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Self starter mindset
