Summary

The recruiter will report to the Head of Talent and Culture and will work in collaboration with the various internal teams to identify and meet the recruitment needs of the entire studio.

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the HR team and managers, establish recruitment needs on an annual basis and conduct regular follow-ups and updates of these needs with the proper people;
  • Responsible for the recruitment process:
  • Write, update and publish job postings;
  • Sort resumes;
  • Organize and participate in interviews;
  • Perform the various necessary verification;
  • Proceed with the job offers;
  • Write employment contracts according to internal salary policy;
  • Retrieve the signed contract from the future employee, open the employee file and contact the immigration law firm when applying for a work permit;
  • Inform new employees regarding the onboarding process and introduce them to their future Talent and Culture Specialist;
  • Find and apply the best strategies for attracting and recruiting the right candidates;
  • Maintain and promote the company's policies and procedures related to the recruitment process in place;
  • Identify and participate in job fairs and other professional events to promote Reflector within the video game industry;
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, develop social media initiatives and messages to promote our employer brand;
  • Participate in various special projects with the RH team to enhance the "employee experience";
  • Performs all other related duties.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations, or equivalent;
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in recruitment;
  • Work experience in the video game and/or entertainment industry, an asset;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English;
  • Initiative and a strong sense of autonomy;
  • Great ease in communicating, establishing and maintaining harmonious and effective interpersonal relationships with everyone;
  • Recognized for his adaptability;
  • Ability to work with several people at the same time;
  • Ability to organize, plan and negotiate;
  • Demonstrates creativity, initiative and innovation in proposed solutions;
  • Experience in social media on the development of the employer brand;
  • Discretion.
