Redemption Games, a small, elite group of mobile gaming veterans, is looking for an ambitious Game Designer to join our team. This is an opportunity to make a big impact and be in an environment and culture that takes pride in the craftsmanship of creating highly successful free to play mobile games. Initial work will be focused on our latest hit: Sweet Escapes!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Make our game more fun for players
• Write specs and design features to be implemented in game
• Create levels and manage outsourced design resources, providing constructive feedback to get levels ready to be added to the game
• Provide creative concepts for features in development (primarily baking/sweets themes)
• Maintain a coherent, creative vision in all feature development

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of the mobile puzzle market
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas with both players and coworkers
• Ability to iterate on ideas and have multiple options for stakeholders
• Experience in mobile games (casual market preferred)
