Red Games Co. is an innovative game development studio based in Salt Lake City, UT with over 10 years experience developing original IP and games in partnership with the world's leading toy and entertainment companies, including LEGO, Hasbro, Crayola, Universal, A&E, OWN/Discovery Networks, and Nickelodeon.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated QA Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of talented testers in the quality testing of our mobile games to ensure our products are delivered at the highest quality.
• Partner with engineering leadership to establish and implement a cohesive QA process that ensures the highest quality functionality, performance, playability, and hardware compatibility of all products/updates that ship.
• Provide detailed feedback to the engineering team based on findings.
• Create organized and detailed documentation of bugs, defects, and customer feedback in JIRA.
• Debug and troubleshoot.
• Maintain ownership of the process to ensure that all bugs have been addressed and fixed.
• Collaboration with QA team members and other interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in the Quality Assurance discipline within the gaming space.
• Strong knowledge of industry QA best practices.
• Working experience with JIRA, familiarity with Unity.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven experience acting as the accountable party responsible for ensuring bugs are properly tracked and addressed.
