Red Games Co. is hiring a seasoned, Salt Lake City-based Producer to partner with the Creative Director to facilitate the product vision for our games. With a detailed knowledge of all aspects of the project they are a valuable resource for the entire team and their effort is vital to creating both a quality product as well as an efficient and sustainable creative environment.
Role & Responsibility
- Work closely across multi-functional teams to ensure vision, strategy, and product goals are well communicated and executed
- Lead communication with brand partners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, share progress, and set expectations
- Create meaningful and feasible milestones and release schedules; design timelines that align
- Assist in the prioritization and task assignment for creative and development teams
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Proactively anticipate, assess, and resolve risks in timeline and resourcing; troubleshoot roadblocks as they arise
- Keep the team motivated and engaged; be attune to their experiences and individual workloads
Qualifications
- 5+ years of producing experience in a digital agency or product environment.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in evolving and fast-paced environment and ensuring team understands the broader project vision and context
- Strong understanding of the intricacies of milestone and sprint planning; ability to author clear and concise documentation for various stakeholders
- Proven track record of resource planning in a digital environment
- Ability to facilitate brainstorming and mediate decision making
- Extensive experience managing large and complex budgets
- Expert in using JIRA and managing tasks
- Terrific written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with various personality types and ensure people feel heard and supported.
