  • Event Participant Management (30%) Manage the participant journey for all Red Bull Sports events.

    • Where required, set up and manage the registration website.
    • Where required, create and manage participant database.
    • Where required, critically review the registration process and liaise with website owners to identify improvements.
    • Where required, draft content for event websites including the creation of maps, schedules, transport plans.
    • Where required, assist in creating and sending out event newsletters and communications to past participants to encourage registration.
    • Where required, assist in creating and sending out participant newsletters and communications to ensure participants have read and received all event related information.
    • Where required, answer participant enquiries prior to event, during event and post event.

    • Support the National Event Manager and the Esport Manager with the execution of all and new Red Bull Events/Activations

    • Where required, manage the event draw and scoring on event day.
    • Where required, assist with the design and production of event specific products
    • Where required, assist with the design and production of event specific assets
    • Where required, offer support in event logistics
    • Where required, offer support in contractor management
    • Where required, create and drive the completion of post event debrief documents and the presentation of results.
    • Where required, assist in the booking of event staff travel and accommodation. Where required, assist in drafting partnership proposals for Red Bull Events.
  • Assist Sports Team in Admin and Reporting Duties (20%)
    • Lead in the creation of Internal Sports Marketing Reports for distribution to Red Bull HQ.
    • Lead in reviewing current Sports Marketing documentation/filing systems, inventing and implementing new systems to increase efficiency, planning, accountability and security.
    • Lead in researching and presenting new programs to improve the Sports Marketing team functions.
    • Manage Red Bull stock levels for team by conducting monthly stock reconciliation reports and making stock orders.
    • Work closely with company travel agency to book flights and accommodation for staff, athletes and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure all athlete profiles on ‘Sportsnet’ are always up-to-date with athlete activity.
    • Provide product support to Australia’s Red Bull Athletes and international Red Bull athletes travelling in Australia.
    • Assist Athlete Specialist in creating and managing Red Bull Athlete gear.
  • Evaluate Partnership/Sponsorship Opportunities (10%)
    • Read, assess and respond to all athlete sponsorship requests.
    • Read, assess and respond to all event sponsorship requests.
    • Answer general Red Bull sports related enquiries and complaints.
  • Support National Motorsport program (10%)
    • Organise the allocation and distribution of V8 hospitality tickets, general admission tickets, paddock passes and drive day spots between Marketing, On Premise and Off Premise.
    • Assist in accommodation and travel management, master schedule management and event JD coordination with event staff and contractors for motorsport events.
    • Provide support in consumer focused activations for motorsport e.g. Bathurst V8 Viewing Platform.

Your experience includes: (proven performance in)

  • Good computer skills (Mac/PC/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, consistently produce high quality work, work efficiently and effectively plan and prioritise tasks.

  • Participant in one or several sports
  • Understanding of the Australian sporting landscape
  • Recently completed or currently completing a Bachelor Degree in sports marketing, events or related field (Preferrable) Internship or work experience in a related field
