JOB DESCRIPTION

#Long story short

Your goal is to grow audiences and engage users across the Esports & Gaming verticals by defining strategies, using new platform technologies and guiding the editorial tone and voice. Ensuring we speak credibly to endemic audiences, as well as main-stream audiences, you will bolster community growth and brand credibility.

#Grow our Gaming audience

In this role, you’ll oversee our global social media presence on our Esports & Gaming verticals. You’ll work on cross platform release strategies, build a clean content workflow, define an audience reach strategy and develop the global strategy across Red Bull Esports & Gaming channels.

#Develop Content release plans

You’ll work closely with the programming team and our entire organization to align and communicate all social posting around key events and athlete projects. Moreover, you’ll work with our 160+ markets in defining publishing flow and unified tonality.

#All about content

You will ensure that our channels have ample real-time content to promote around key projects, athletes, and events and occasionally will be asked to deliver this live & non-live social content yourself.

#Keep an eye on performance

You’ll monitor the performance of all content within your assigned verticals and projects, working closely with our analytics team to ensure that we are optimizing reach potential, and communicating analytics data to all key stakeholders behind the event or project.

JOB CRITERIA

  • 3+ years of experience publishing content to big brand Social Media channels
  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut
  • Strong understanding and personal interest of Esports & Gaming Industry
  • Strong understanding of Digital Products, video consumption patterns, and social media platform algorithms
  • Video production / editing experience is a plus
  • Resilient, passionate, structured, and well-organized team player
  • Familiar with internet trends, content formats, and language
