The Esports and Gaming Manager is responsible of the national e-sports strategy and its perfect execution. The goal is to find a perfect balance in the national e-Sports and Gaming plan in order to position the Red Bull Energy Drink in a credible and inspiring way in the national scene.

AREAS THAT PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS

DEVELOPS THE NATIONAL E-SPORTS AND GAMING STRATEGY

Develops the national plan in order to position Red Bull in the national scene
Creative, innovative, following an predicting trends in e-sport and gaming on a daily basis
Understands and respects the brand values and the goal of each of our action from marketing perspectives
Champion innovation and creativity by inventing new events, athlete branding and project ideas and transforming them into credible concepts

LEAD E-SPORTS AND GAMING PLAN

Leading the entire e-sports and gaming plan in Spain, in charge of the projects leads, including budget planning
Supports the entire Sports team, to set an implement strategic e-sports and gaming marketing priorities:
- Own s-sports an gaming events
- Third party partnerships
- E-sports athletes management, activation and branding

Contributes to a successful Business Planning with new ideas and a holistic e-sport and gaming plan
Helps in keeping a clear vision and weekly/monthly report to the National Sports Marketing Manager

NETWORKING

Establishing and maintaining numerous relationships with non-Red Bull event promoters, agencies
Build up a network of contacts in the E-Sports and Gaming scene

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES

Minimum 5 years work experience in e-sports and gaming industry Solid experience in event organization and coordination
University Degree
Fluent English & Spanish.
Design and supervising projects all scales (communication, logistic, legal...)
Ability to manage budget.
Additional experience in athlete´s marketing and sponsorship is welcome
Strong project leader and used to result-orientated, independent success delivery
Working in an international environment and report information in a clear way
Strong team player and excellent communicator with social network
Creative, innovative, open-minded, self-conscious
Friendly, loyal, responsible, stress-resistant, calm
