Rec Room is looking for a talented Sr. Product Manager to lead and execute development of features to improve the creator life cycle within the app. In this role, you will own the development of new features, define product growth strategy, and analyze game data - as well as collaborate on potential creator partnerships. This person will work closely with and provide direction to Game Designers, Economy Designers, Media Buyers, and Data Analytics.


  • Creator Growth & Lifecycle Strategy - Collaborating with key stakeholders on defining the creator growth strategy, features, and crafting roadmaps that drive growth to the business; and support the creators.
  • Analytical Thinking - Expert proficiency with game metrics to form hypotheses, and create experiments with clear measurable goals
  • Product Management - Effortlessly able to define relevant KPIs and communicate updates to key stakeholders in a timely fashion
  • Self Starter - Leads and facilitates teams with little direction. Understands/utilizes all partners needed to consult on product decisions
  • Design - Transform your ideas into well-thought-out designs, clearly communicated through clear and thorough documentation, wireframes, flows, and spreadsheets in accordance with each projectโ€™s goals
  • Communication & Execution - Expert at setting expectations, and consistently manages projects to deadlines while avoiding unneeded crunch
  • Team Leadership - Works with game teams to identify, test, and measure highest-impact product changes to drive positive revenue, reach and retention enhancements
  • Proficient Researcher - Able to successfully lead player interviews, perform AB tests, and perform usability testing without bias
  • Operational Efficiencies - Identifies tools and capabilities Rec Room needs and work with technical teams to build, refine, and constantly improve our tools and capabilities


  • You love user-generated content! You have a passion for helping users create better
  • A strong user-motivation driven lens - the ability to see the game through playersโ€™ eyes
  • The ability to work autonomously in rapidly-changing, ambiguous development environments
  • Has worked independently and managed a complete project from concept to completion
  • Expert level quantitative and analytical skills; the ability to derive conclusions from data and clearly communicate findings is critical. Good experience writing SQL queries for analysis
  • Expert level organizational skills and detail oriented


  • Experience developing and maintaining creator outreach programs or partnerships is a major plus!
  • Game design and/or UI/UX background and experience
  • Python and/or scala familiarity
