As Rebellion grows, we need to hire and retain the sharpest and most talented people across games, publishing and film.

The Employment Brand Executive will help promote the Rebellion employer brand, contribute to all our social channels and position Rebellion as an employer of choice. Executing a continuous social media presence that drives candidates to see Rebellion as an employer of choice and build strong communities of future applicants.

This role is full-time permanent role based in-house at our Oxford headquarters. You must be able to legally work in the UK.

Requirements

  • Bringing the social media strategy to life for our employer branding campaigns, social platforms and candidate experience
  • Owning, creating and delivering all content across our social channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other external hiring platforms)
  • Presenting on camera, being a confident interviewer and have the ability to produce and edit video content which will inspire our target audience.
  • Successfully delivering employer branding marketing campaigns on social media to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Building, testing and rolling out various campaigns to reach and attract top talent
  • Partnering with target groups and communities to engage and increase brand awareness
  • Planning, creation and development of all written and video content, brand assets and tone of voice
  • Partnering closely with the Head of HR and the Talent Acquisition team to produce engaging and inspiring candidate driven content
  • Being our employer brand representative globally and form strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Be able to pull data from campaigns and produce improved content focused on hiring top talent
  • Experience in digital marketing / social media / community management / live streaming / post and video content, with a strong track record of executing and delivering awareness and engagement
  • A passionate gamer and fan of the Rebellion brand
  • Ideally some experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing, or the willingness to learn and become an expert in this area
  • A strong communicator with the ability to communicate a message with conviction, clarity and good humour
  • Passionate about providing the best possible experience throughout the candidate life cycle
  • A self-starter who takes initiative in this specialist role

About You
