About RBG Esports
RBG Esports is an esports organization that competes in Rocket League, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Hearthstone, Super Smash Bros: Ultimate, and Halo, while also hosting tournaments in the Rocket League community. We are highly competitive and focus on both team and staff development to grow their careers and nurture promising talent. Currently, our teams compete in the RLRS (Tier 2 league in Rocket League), ESEA Advanced for CSGO, and the Hearthstone Masters Tour & Grandmaster Circuits.
The job in a nutshell:
We're looking for someone that naturally spends a lot of time on social media in their spare time. Someone that is fluid with Twitter, Facebook, Discord, and Instagram! Even a branded account needs to have a certain level of personality, so staying relevant in current pop culture trends is a must. We're a community that loves to work hard and play hard! You'll be working directly with RBG Esports CEO, COO, Director of Partnerships, Graphic designers, video editors, and team managers to structure a social media schedule and make sure we have engaging and compelling content for our followers!
Requirements:
- Create engaging content. We want our fans to be able to converse with the organization and join in the action!
- Consistently update events. At RBG, we host weekly tournaments in addition to pop-up events, so our participants and spectators need to be informed and excited about them.
- Spotlight our players and achievements. RBG Esports has a host of well known players across our rosters and they deserve extra appreciation and support from time to time!
- Showcase what RBG is all about. RBG strives to be a community as much as an organization, and that means letting the people know who we are and what it means to be a part of our journey.
- You're able to structure a content schedule and brainstorm some awesome ideas using the org’s resources. Most importantly, you can execute it!
- You’re a team leader. You're able to organize our social media team and lead them to get the job done on time
- You already have some experience under your belt, but you want to learn more and grow your own skills
- You know what works, and what doesn't. You know this because you monitor our analytics to see what performs bette, and create plans around that information.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- If you're part of the CSGO, Rocket League, or Hearthstone communities, that’s a bonus!
