The VP, Sales & Marketing will be responsible for strategic leadership and P&L ownership of Razer’s fast-growing, Ecommerce business and online store.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage a team responsible for all aspects of digital commerce, including merchandising, digital marketing, CRM, sales operations, web platform operations, site UX/UI, customer service, and analytics.
- Provide leadership to the Ecommerce business to reach its full potential in sales and profits
- Partner with Global Marketing on creating integrated marketing programs that cohesively speak to our customer during every interaction including direct marketing, in-store marketing, advertising, etc.
- Leverage Marketing and Information Technology teams to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Drive seasonal sales & profit plans, ensuring strategic and budgetary goals are met
- Lead, coach and develop the members of the online store team
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA a plus
- Minimum 10 years General Management experience with a minimum of 5 years in an online store or internet-related business
- Experience in retail or consumer goods
- High-level strategic thinker who has a solid understanding of business strategy as well as experience integrating Marketing/Merchandising objectives into overall strategy
- Experience managing complex technical marketing, database and site-functionality-related initiatives
- Strong budget management skills with the ability to create superior results at efficient costs
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to unite key colleagues and cross-functional partners by gaining trust through demonstrating business expertise
