Summary:

As the VP of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for globally driving revenues for Razer's Systems (laptops and desktops). Assist the SVP in development and execution of the BU's product and marketing strategy. Manage a team of product managers / evangelists responsible for new product launches, public relation campaigns, manage product life cycles, channel strategy, and brief product reviewers and channel management.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Global Razer System revenues and margin targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to support corporate growth goals.
  • Function as global marketing point of contact for regional sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop and manage BU budget and Partner funding.
  • Pricing and Channel Margin analysis.
  • Responsible for developing global marketing plans for Systems products.
  • Present product and marketing strategies to both internal and external groups.
  • Develop the channel strategy.
  • Plan new category launches.
  • Conduct competitive product analysis.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key strategy partners such as Intel, Microsoft, NVIDIA, AMD, etc.
  • Travel required up to 15% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience. MBA highly desired.
  • Minimum of 8 years product marketing experience laptops, desktops/PCs and/or tablets; computer hardware experience required.
  • Experience developing and overseeing execution of marketing plans.
  • Experience with PC or consumer electronics sales channels; retail, online, B2B/commercial and distribution.
  • Strong commercial skills in sales, marketing, channel management and retail merchandising.
  • Experience managing and interacting with international teams and market development.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • The ability to lead through influence in a matrix environment.
  • Work independently, prioritize and successfully handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
