Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting, installation, and repair of peripheral / system product
  • Ability to upgrade system software and hardware readily and to test system devices to ensure they are in fit condition.
  • Developing standardized operating instructions for the process.
  • Providing and maintaining documents and standard operating procedures.

Pre-Requisites

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline with minimum three to five yearsโ€™ work experience with computer repair services industries.
  • Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
  • Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
