Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, installation, and repair of peripheral / system product
- Ability to upgrade system software and hardware readily and to test system devices to ensure they are in fit condition.
- Developing standardized operating instructions for the process.
- Providing and maintaining documents and standard operating procedures.
Pre-Requisites
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline with minimum three to five yearsโ work experience with computer repair services industries.
- Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
- Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
- Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
