Job Responsibilities :

At the Global Esports team you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and marketing plan to pave the footsteps of Razer across major tournaments and championships, building touchpoints to engage with Esports fans and the gaming community while ensuring the three headed snake brand is seen in all major Esports stages worldwide.

  • Contribute to the development of the partnership strategy and event marketing plan
  • Assist in the negotiation for the global sponsorships we pursue
  • Map and monitor the global Esports third-party event sponsorship scene, and develop the partnership plan (e.g., objectives, audiences, channels, etc.)
  • Provide the Global Esports Lead with administrative and project management support related to tournament sponsorships and activations, contracts, and marketing coordination
  • Support business decisions with data-driven insights
  • Track progress and completion of all global Esports tournaments contract deliverables
  • Prioritize, and organize all global Esports activities โ€“ website updates, announcements, and content
  • Prioritize, and organize requests from other BUs (product and regional teams) for cross-department activation
  • Generate event performance reports to see how we are performing against the established KPIs
  • Handle administrative tasks such as vendor creation, purchase requests, and processing invoices
  • Drive operational excellence in marketing processes (e.g., workflows, tools)
  • Attend weekly meetings and ensure all action items are noted
  • Other duties as assigned

Pre-Requisites:

  • 3-5 yearsโ€™ experience coordinating global marketing projects from scheduling, tracking, resource planning, billing, and reporting
  • Prior experience with sponsorship management and activation
  • Prior experience working with Esports/sports/entertainment events highly desirable
  • Proactive, organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, One Drive, JIRA, and other project management tools
  • International experience highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Flexible; comfortable with ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders
  • A team player with proven ability to positively interact with peers and management
  • Knowledgeable about gaming and Esports industry is highly desirable
