Job Responsibilities

Millions of gamers depend on Razer software to improve their gaming experience. Join our software team to lead new efforts in evolving Razer software. As the Product Manager, you will create the vision, requirements, drive planning and delivery on a cross-functional development team with your decisions having a direct impact on the business. You will also be the owner of the user experience and journey across our software products, as your create, strategize and bring to life product development and growth strategies.

  • Drive execution from concept to launch, accountable for meeting milestone commitments and business targets.
  • Create and manage the product roadmap from feature deliverables to milestones.
  • Own and define the user experience and usage journeys to ensure deepening user growth and
  • engagement in line with product development strategies. Maintain the product backlog, ensure work is defined and prioritized, approve completed work.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (both internal and external vendors) to gather product requirements and work with various global teams to develop a product plan.
  • Work closely across teams to understand targets, priority changes, manage dependencies and coordinate deliverables through all phases of the product life cycle.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites

  • 6-8 years of product management or production experience on software development projects or equivalent role.
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other related discipline
  • Background in production or product management with direct relevant experience working on consumer-facing software.
  • Experience working in the advertising industry or knowledge of advertising platforms
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions and create recommendations based on combining data analysis, business needs and customer/community feedback.
  • Ability to manage collaboration and communication across global teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams understand the product vision.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with varying groups effectively sometimes under very tight deadlines.
  • Passion and considerable experience playing games preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading a software product from concept to release to live support preferred.
