Job Responsibilities :

The candidate will manage key accounts for Razer Gold. They will be responsible for working closely with enterprise merchants to strengthen our business relationship, expand our services, and drive top-line growth through our partnership with merchants. This position requires a self-directed individual with proven experience in managing multiple merchant relationships within a global matrix organization. An ideal candidate can demonstrate the ability to drive top line growth through past experiences and relative examples.

  • Build and maintain long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with enterprise merchants through developing a trusted advisor relationship with key merchants.
  • Communicate with clients frequently to understand their needs and explain our product value while using data to identify areas of opportunity to explore in our partnership.
  • Serve as the point of contact between Razer and merchants. In collaboration with internal departments, work to facilitate client needs and objectives in a timely manner.
  • Act as a merchant advocate with a focus on improving the Razer Gold experience to unlock new avenues of business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of company product and services, remaining current always.
  • Prepare reports on merchant status and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Develop long-term partnerships within the games, entertainment, and payments industry to drive business opportunities.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Qualifying degree with more than 7 years of experience in Account Management and the online gaming/digital content or payment service industry having managed multi-million dollar accounts.
  • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders while juggling multiple enterprise merchants at a time and maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate superior abilities in communication, active listening, negotiation and presentation at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Successful track record in building rapport and relationships with stakeholders externally and internally.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of doing in-depth analysis to provide business insights and develop strategies for our merchants.
  • Experience in working with international partners and global/regional partnerships.

Desired Skills:

  • Solid experience setting up and utilizing CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Keen sense and interest in latest technology developments, market trends, near future trends and web technologies.
  • Has a strong network of contacts in the games, entertainment, or payments industry.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive. Ability to think outside of the box.
  • Extensive, accurate current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • Fast learner, self-motivated, and self-starter who can act on own initiatives.
  • Ability to work well in a complex matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge on payment industry for games and entertainment is an advantage.
