Job Responsibilities

  • P/L responsibilities with sales and revenue target ownership for key merchant with multiple markets in Southeast Asia
  • Formulate and implement an account penetration, management and growth plan that maximizes sales and profits
  • Develop growth strategy and business partnerships pipeline that drives ROIs for the product annually
  • Identify business opportunities and partnership opportunities with the Development team to develop product requirement specifications to capture the business opportunities
  • Responsible to identifying, developing, expanding payment merchant/channel and relationships with potential payment partners and banking institutions in Southeast Asia
  • Drive the business development team to develop performance targets for potential payment partners in Southeast Asia
  • Collect and analyze revenue and expenses report to be presented regularly to Management
  • Negotiate agreements with merchant/channel/partner and manage, review, and renew such agreements as required to maximize business interests for Razer
  • Develop long-term partnerships with the existing partners for the benefit of both companies
  • Responsible for building a company’s brand in the region through devise advertising, promotional plans and positioning marketing brand development in Southeast Asia

Pre-Requisites

  • Degree with 8 - 10 years of experience in the acquirer or payment gateway company with exposure to regional merchants with multiple market in Southeast Asia
  • Owned and maintain P/L responsibilities
  • Demonstrate experience with a successful track record in managing accounts, building partnership relationships, and driving revenues
  • In-depth knowledge of the payment industry and its competitive background
  • Excellent understanding of payment development processes, pipelines, workflows, and tools
  • Good analytical skills, capable of doing in-depth analysis, to provide business insights and develop strategic to counterchallenges and grow new business
  • Own and maintain an extensive partnership, merchant & channel network in payment industry
  • Experience in working with international partners and multi-countries partnerships
  • Experience of managing a diverse set of stakeholders
