Job Responsibilities :
The Senior Blockchain Engineer will be working on blockchain-related projects, POCs and building up technical capabilities for the company. This includes research, analysis, education, design and development of cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, Web3 technologies, NFTs, DeFi, and all other related fields in the domain.
This role requires a hands-on, full-stack engineer with experience navigating the ever-changing landscape and someone who is a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to lead a small team and handle outsourced projects.
This role reports directly to the Head of Product & Engineering.
Pre-Requisites :
- Strong background in software engineering and solution architecture
- Thorough understanding of blockchains and blockchain-related implementations
- Hands-on experience in design and development of blockchain-related projects
- Min 2 years’ experience coding in Solidity, or similar
- Min 2 years’ experience leading a team and/or handling outsourced projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly responsible, self-disciplined, self-motivated, and requiring minimal supervision
