Job Responsibilities :

As part of the Razer Gold South Asia Team, your mission will be to organize, execute and optimize online and offline campaigns for games and our partners to achieve each campaign targets. You will run frequent Indian as well as Global marketing promotions to meet revenue goals. You will be coordinating and driving all the required activities to ensure successful promotional campaigns, from creative briefing to campaign forecasting, targeting and partner reporting. You will propose innovative ways to engage with the Razer community via social media, email, online ads etc.

  • Coordinate and drive online and offline marketing campaigns, media distribution, ad buys and other activities to support business development team and meet ROI.
  • Manage and brief the visual creation and organization of marketing decks for reports, and ensure timely delivery, approval, accuracy, and quality of the brand.
  • Plan regional marketing and promotion activities to ensure each run well from start-to-end; identify and rectify errors if any.
  • Identify and develop contents to build and maximize audience reach for India market.
  • Drive required campaigns’ reporting, documentation, as well as recommend further improvements.
  • Liaise with print vendors for poster, artwork, cards, banner printing and ensure quality of print jobs.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of marketing initiatives and owned media growth via Facebook, Google Ads, etc.
  • Run digital media buying campaigns for the India market.
  • Plan, develop and implement tactics for relevant optimization and effective messages across channels, e.g. email, guide for channels/new games, push notifications, etc.
  • Leverage on CRM tools and marketing automation capabilities to drive user acquisition and retention via EDM campaigns.
  • Support day to day sales and marketing operations. Eg: content updates via CMS, weekly marketing calendar.
  • Demonstrated experience with design project management tools, e.g. JIRA, and work with central design team to execute quick changes to design files/localize design files, whenever required.
  • Assist with regional marketing pitch decks, where required.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in appropriate field of study.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in creative work, marketing and/or ad media management.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills in working with multiple stakeholders, both locally and regionally.
  • Positive attitude, team player with the capacity to work well independently and collaboratively.
  • Interest in the game industry
  • Ability to work well in a fast, ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas and matrix organization.
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Skills
  • Basic knowledge in web HTML
  • Familiar with CMS platform and blog websites such as Wordpress
  • Well familiar with campaign reporting (CPA, CPM, ROAS, etc).
  • Good copy-writing skills
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
