Job Description Summary
We are seeking a seasonal diligent and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently. This position involves picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Order Picking:

• Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.

• Ensure the correct quantity and quality of items are selected as per the order specifications.

Packing:

• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate materials and techniques.

• Label packages accurately with shipping information and ensure all paperwork is completed.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by performing regular checks and reporting discrepancies.

• Ensure that products are organized on shelves and restock items as necessary.

Quality Control:

• Conduct quality checks on items before packing to ensure they meet company standards.

• Report any damaged or defective items to supervisors promptly.

Safety and Cleanliness:

• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the packing area and equipment.

Team Collaboration:

•  Work closely with other team members to achieve daily operational goals.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns.

$42,182.00 - $70,304.00
