Our Retail Marketing Manager will support our Global Retail Experience team in managing strong brand visibility and consistency in Retail (online/offline) channels, and to strengthen sales enablement programs.
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and manage suite of POSM materials suitable for regional deployment
- Regularly engagement with regional teams to ensure visibility and consistency
- Detailed liaison with regional teams, global teams and 3rd party vendors
- Track and monitor projects to ensure timelines are met as required
- Develop quarterly and annual global marketing activity calendars
- Work with regional teams to ensure alignment and idea sharing
- Aid regional teams to develop optimised investment plans
- Follow up and review regional accruals and budgets each month
- Create globally relevant sales enablement tools such as merchandising materials
- Assist regional teams to localise and deploy regional specific programs
- Develop knowledge of retail channels and key customer motivators
- Monitor and track ROI on investments and share learning

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Marketing
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 5 years and above of relevant marketing expeirence
- Experience in retail marketing and project coordination
- Vendor management and contract negotiation
- Understanding of the use of sales data and budgets
- Knowledge of regional or global marketing planning
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Interest in gaming and/or youth lifestyle valued
