Job Responsibilities :

Our RazerStore is seeking an experienced and dedicated retail shift lead to join our team. The retail shift lead plays a key role in leading and supporting the sales floor team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. This role ensures daily operations run smoothly, associates are supported, and customers receive excellent service.

Pay Rate: Up to $27/hr

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Retail Manager in all aspects of store operations.

  • Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Provide training on customer service, product knowledge, and sales strategies.

  • Drive performance through positive coaching and feedback.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards.

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Manage inventory levels, cash management, and ensure appealing product displays.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a KPI-driven store.

  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.

  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to train, develop, and motivate team members.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

  • Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
