The Operations Manager will oversee the payment operations – understand, analyze and drive complex day to day payments related operations to ensure best in class service levels. The Operations Lead will ensure flawless settlement, payment, business and transactional services every day of the year.

  • Over and lead Razer Pay’s payment operations, settlement, and to optimize existing and new business services between Razer Pay and partners
  • Ensure scalability of operations capacity to meet exceptional growth metrics
  • Ensure operations, engines and procedures are both nimble enough to meet ever changing Fintech business requirements and stable enough to withstand transactional spikes.
  • Collaborate with product, finance and HQ’s shared services to coordinate changes to product, processes and strategy.
  • Identify gaps and process improvement opportunities. Proactively reviewing operational efficiency setting the right KPIs to support product innovation.
  • Ensuring Razer Pay complies to the internal IT Security Policy, Standards and Procedures
  • Ensuring Razer Pay’s information systems are fully operational and remain protected from external threats.
  • Ensuring the organization is complying to all relevant IT related legislative/regulatory requirements

Pre-Requisites:

  • The individual must have good understanding about payments and chargebacks for digital services and content, with previous finance experience.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in an Fintech , IT or Finance related position.
  • Able to work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver tasks when required.
  • Sufficient managerial experience to manage a team to track and consolidate partner payments on a weekly basis
  • Sufficient managerial experience to manage a team to communicate & liaise with partners on statements, payment, incentives, enquires & disputes
  • Work closely with Customer Service & Finance departments to manage partner enquiries
  • Assist in developing and driving compliance/governing framework for the ongoing compliance against IT legislative/regulatory requirements (e.g. PDPA & PCI).
  • Assist in developing and driving compliance/governing framework for the ongoing compliance against the organizational information security policies, standards and procedures and reporting to IT Management.
  • Assist in identifying security threats/ vulnerabilities associated with technologies and hacking techniques.
  • Assist in developing and driving an ongoing Information Security score card framework to reflect the state of compliance of the computing environment against the information security policies, standards and procedures.
  • Assist in driving the evaluation & implementation of IT security projects
