Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of new product development and improvements to existing products, product are mainly gear, apparel & bags, etc.
• Responsible for the entire product development cycle, until it reaches the market, including running parallel product projects from packing design, qualification, certification and supply chain
• Ensure that all project-related documents are produced in a timely fashion, kept up to date and are made accessible to project teams and company employees, as appropriate
• Establish and maintain appropriate relationships to ensure that tasks and products are delivered on time to the agreed quality standard

Your Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or other related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in project manager, product development or engineering
• Experience in working with manufactures, supplier and external resources to achieve project goals
• Self-starter who has shown track records in delivering phenomenal products to the market
• Experience and good knowledge in safety regulations is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as a team

• Preferably with related experience in gear, apparel & bags industry
