Job Responsibilities :

  • Take ownership of AP Revenue Targets and KPIs, primary focus is on Component products
  • Manage end to end Business Management System
  • Formulate strategies for key market segments/products/business units
  • Work with other Business Units leads to execute business plans
  • Develop and implement strategic global marketing plans, ensuring achievement of company and brand objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities across the AP region
  • Be responsible for developing and implementing activities such as demand generation campaigns and product launches
  • Manage the channel structure and set up good relationship with strategic partnerships/alliances with industry players across the region
  • Be responsible for managing marketing & sales budget and approval processes
  • Help & coach the whole AP team member to improve

Pre-Requisites :

  • Diploma / Degree preferably in Business and Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of APAC regional experience in General Management (P&L ownership), Consumer Business/Business Development/Strategy Data-driven, strong data analytical capability preferred
  • Good know-how in the 4P and Go-To-Market Planning
  • Strong startup mentality (hands on, solutions driven, think outside the box, willingness to take on new approaches)
  • Understanding of the gaming industry and gamer mindset
  • Good product knowledge & sales marketing background
  • Good communication & coach skills
