Your mission will be to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness for Razer Gold worldwide. You are responsible for investing the marketing budget wisely and delivering good ROI. You will be executing successful co-marketing campaigns with game partners, driving Razer Gold brand strategy, expanding digital marketing capacities and establishing successful partnerships. You will represent Razer Gold both internally and externally (PR) to evangelize the service. You will be collaborating with other Razer business units (Esports Team, Peripherals, Software, Razer Store, Fintech…) to create new opportunities for Razer Gold while leveraging Razer's unique ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Articulate and execute the marketing strategy for Razer Gold virtual credit worldwide to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness
  • Work with the Global and Regional Marketing Teams to ensure efficiency, synergy and high performance
  • Manage the Global and Regional marketing budgets against target KPIs, monitor P&L impact
  • Drive successful marketing campaigns through online ads (search, display), social media, affiliate program (Impact Radius), EDM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), influencer/streamers relationships as well as offline initiatives.
  • Liaise with other Razer business units to create new opportunities for Razer Gold and add value to the Razer ecosystem
  • Develop Razer Gold awareness in the gaming, entertainment and payment industries with compelling press releases
  • Support Razer Gold Business Development and Channel teams with market benchmarks, marketing collaterals, tradeshow participations
  • Engage with key partners (such as game publishers) to execute best-in class co-marketing campaigns
  • Provide timely marketing feedback and communication to Razer's senior management
  • Animate Razer Silver loyalty program to strengthen Razer Gold value proposition and competitive edge
  • Ensure the best standards for Razer Gold brand representation on marketing assets and publications

Your Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in appropriate field of study
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience in gaming, payment or a high growth digital service
  • Solid understanding in digital space including SEM, Social, mobile marketing, traffic generation and digital eco-systems.
  • Prior working experience in digital agencies is a plus
  • Self-driven and positive attitude, team player with great attention to details
  • Ability to work well in a fast, ambiguous environment and collaborate with international teams across multiple areas and matrix organization.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to plan and deliver marketing campaigns
  • Good oral and written presentation skills
  • Good communication skills and experience in engaging senior management
