Job Responsibilities :

  • The Latam Marketing Manager is the DRI for all marketing to support branding, reach, engagement and
  • interaction with the target audiences in the region. Responsible for influencers, ads, social media and all
  • points of contact with the consumer that are supposed to be tailored to be perfect. Our brand is our most
  • valuable asset and we need someone that understands and cares about it. The Marketing manager for
  • Latam will work with sales and other teams to achieve the goals for the region.
  • Grow and develop sales for the Latin America Hispanic countries as Colombia, Bolivia, Chile,
  • Ecuador, Peru, Argentina and all other countries except Brazil.
  • Work with marketing team to position Razer Gold in Colombia, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina and all other countries in the region as the unique global and local game currency.
  • Organize and coordinate the process of scout, negotiate, sign and excel results in all retailers, channels, distributors, resellers, payment methods and related deals to foster sales in the Hispanic Latin America region.
  • Support and supply Marketing team with relevant information to identify, select and facilitate negotiations with relevant marketing channels as media outlets, relevant influencers, portals, shows online marketing, sponsorships, social media, esports, retail and point of sale marketing to support sales.
  • Support launch and growth Razer Gold with relevant game titles and channels in the region, by putting together strategic project to go live and cooperate with marketing team to build a solid launch and maintenance campaign.
  • Create, scope, brief and coordinate sales campaigns to achieve sales goals in partnership with merchants, channels, resellers, payments methods and retailers.
  • Work together with esports and marketing team to run esports tournaments in the region embracing all related activities to foster the events success.
  • Help Business Development team to attract and secure relevant AAA game companies to embrace Razer Gold as its payment solution for the region.
  • Support launch and growth Razer Gold with relevant game titles in the region.
  • Help marketing team to select sponsorships, influencers, online media, social media advertising across the region.
  • Manage to approve and deliver scoped contracts, promotional calendar and deliverables optimizing investments bringing desired objectives
  • Collectively with marketing team Control sales / marketing budget across the region and achieve outstanding ROI in all sales/marketing efforts.
  • Manage all aspects of sales from offer definition, purchase flow, usability, retail experience, ecommerce funnel, from briefing to reporting collaborating in a solid trustable relationship with multiple agencies and multidisciplinary teams across the region.
  • Collaborate with HR to hire and manage sales and payments talents in the region to support the region growth.

Pre-Requisites :

  • 10 years of sales and marketing experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish ROI and analytics oriented Experienced in managing multiple agencies across regions
  • 3+ years in payments, gaming or entertainment industry experience required
  • Able to work in big companies with a startup taste
  • Proactive, dynamic and analytical
  • Attention to details and ability to multitasking
