Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall store experience, RazerStore standards, and company retail process.
- Manage all areas related to stock (store organization, replenishment, and inventory control).
- Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor & managing clients personally.
- Ensure consistency in the implementation of the Brand Experience both internally and externally.
- Ensure alignment with regional and global teams in all promotional and marketing events.
- Oversee employee annual review process, set annual employee goals.
- Train, develop and provide ongoing feedback in relation to Brand, Category and Product Knowledge.
- Supports product launches that promote high customer attendance and sales results.
- Build the Brand’s influence through relationship building, network development and local events.
- Ensure an excellent level of customer service is always prioritized.
- Ensure an excellent level of store maintenance and housekeeping is maintained through the execution and follow up of daily/weekly/monthly processes.
- Responsible for handling cash policy.
- Travel required up to 5% of the time, domestic and/or international.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial position in retail industry.
- Strong leader who possesses the ability to drive a team to meet company target.
- Proven ability to motivate a sales team and drive results through people.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, High level of attention to detail.
- Must possess a positive, professional and energetic attitude, a passion for customer service, selling, operational excellence and talent management.
- Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key industry related relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media.
- Ability to work in fast-paced public environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Analytical mind and familiar with basic sales data analysis principle.
- High interest in gaming and/or youth lifestyle valued.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Public speaking and store event management experience are desirable.
