As the Manager, Digital Marketing, you will plan and execute digital marketing programs for the North and South America region. You will manage our Media Agencies and creative execution via our in-house creative team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and execution of upper and mid-funnel activity to maximize traffic and revenue.
- In collaboration with the Razer.com and Global Media Team team support full funnel campaigns, ROI-bottom funnel campaigns, and social media.
- Work with media agency to drive Paid Social, Amazon, SEM, Influencer, Display Media programs and campaign reporting.
- Evaluate and drive qualitative KPIs through continuous improvement and optimization.
- Champion digital best practices and KPIs across regions.
- Collaborate with marketing team partners and global teams to localize campaign content, asset creation and messaging to achieve business objectives.
- Manage marketing and demand gen campaigns.
- Manage 1-2 current Digital Marketing team members.
- Travel up to 15% of the time, domestic and/or international.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing digital media campaigns.
- Experience in offline/traditional media planning.
- Media Agency background or experience managing a media agency.
- Planned & executed full funnel campaigns with emphasis on driving sales revenue.
- Understanding of appropriate KPI’s for each funnel stage.
- Knowledge of Paid Social, Amazon & SEM strategies, tactics, measurement.
- Experienced with online monitoring and tracking tools, including Google Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement changes rapidly that positively impact marketing performance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and self-directed with the ability to deliver under pressure.
- Ability to be detailed oriented while seeing trends, themes, and macro-impacts.
- Strong knowledge base of the overall online and digital marketing realm.
- Experience in Consumer Tech category (gaming preferred but not required).
- Experience in presenting campaign analytics & recommendations to executive team.
