Job Responsibilities :

As a Risk Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting Razer Gold's risk oversight functions. You will assist Risk Management Department (RMD) in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting risks across various business units. Your responsibilities will include contributing to incident management processes and supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM) initiatives such as Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing, documentation, and readiness assessments. This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise risk practices and exposure to cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for individuals pursuing a career in risk, compliance, or operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the risk register, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and risk reports.

  • Assist in risk assessments, outsourcing due diligence, and other related reviews.

  • Support incident management activities, including review, logging, tracking, and reporting.

  • Conduct research on industry risk trends, emerging threats, and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with the BCM team on BCM requirements, documentation, and recovery planning tasks.

  • Perform ad hoc assignments and provide support to the Risk Management Department.

Program Objective:

  • Provide practical exposure to Risk Management and BCM frameworks.

  • Equip interns with skills in incident management, risk assessment, and continuity planning.

  • Build knowledge of regulatory expectations, compliance, and governance.

  • Develop professional skills in reporting, research, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science / Risk Management / Business Administration / Finance / Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Demonstrates a strong interest in learning and developing a career in Risk Management.

  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise reports.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to new tasks and challenges.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Committed to delivering high-quality work and continuously seeking improvement.
