Job Responsibilities :

At the core of Razer sits our Global Esports department. Within it, we are seeking for a Global Esports Lead, who is able to play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and marketing plan to ensure that our partnered teams and athletes are our best brand ambassadors.

Reporting to the Global Esports Director, you will be responsible for all activations of our partnered teams and individual athletes. You’ll have a key role in establishing the right digital and physical activations for the right products, offering the best content ideas for the right markets and the right scenes globally.

In constant exchange with our regional/Global Esports, you will have to show strong marketing skills, infinite ideation, and a lot of creativity to build and execute the best plan possible that will help our brand become the number 1 high performance brand in Esports.

  • Build and execute the Esports activation strategy hand in hand with our partnered teams
  • Establish a clear calendar of activation across the year, markets, and games
  • Contribute to the development of the global Esports strategy
  • Map and monitor the global Esports activations and relevant content pushed around the world
  • Provide the Global Esports Lead with administrative and project management support related to tournament sponsorships and activations, contracts, and marketing coordination
  • Support business decisions with data-driven insights
  • Track progress and completion of all global Esports tournaments contract deliverables
  • Prioritize, and organize all global Esports activations
  • Prioritize, and organize requests from other BUs (product and regional teams) for cross-department activation
  • Handle administrative tasks such as vendor creation, purchase requests, and processing invoices
  • Drive operational excellence in marketing processes (e.g., workflows, tools)
  • Attend weekly meetings and ensure all action items are noted
  • Other duties as assigned

Pre-Requisites :

  • 4-6 years’ experience in creative global marketing projects from scheduling, tracking, resource planning, billing, and reporting
  • Prior experience with brand marketing
  • Prior experience working within Esports/sports/entertainment environment
  • Proactive, organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience in content production, event organisation is desirable
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, One Drive, JIRA, and other project management tools
  • International experience highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Flexible; comfortable with ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders
  • A team player with proven ability to positively interact with peers and management
  • Knowledgeable about gaming and Esports industry is highly desirable
