Job Responsibilities

  • Review and establish alternative sales channels and customer profiles that we can serve with our online store. These customers may include (non-exhaustive)
    • Educational institutions
    • Corporations and private entities
    • Employees
    • Online pop-ups
  • Research, present and execute business plan to increase our direct to consumer business to other countries that we currently do not ship directly to
  • Procure services and vendors that will allow us to improve operations, gain more customer insights, expansion our sales territories and increase sales
  • Managed selected vendors for the successful execution of approved initiatives
  • Ideate and execute on ways to improve engagement with alternative business and end-customer profiles.
  • Work with internal merchandising, platform and marketing team members to ensure a seamless purchase experience for your set of customers
  • Conduct weekly and monthly customer profile performance review with internal stakeholders

  • Passionate about gaming and online shopping
  • Great with numbers and teamwork
  • Brilliant with negotiation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and project management skills
