Do you love video games? We are looking for a passionate gamer to become our next Director of Marketing & Business Development for Razer Software.
Work with passionate teams to expand our global gamer ecosystem with over 170M+ users. The Razer software ecosystem connects our amazing hardware and innovative software with video games and digital platforms on both PC and mobile, world-wide. The Director of Marketing for Razer Software would be responsible for setting the marketing vision and customer messaging for Razer Software.
- Lead the user acquisition strategy for Razer Software
- Create a marketing communication strategy for Razer Software including advertising, events and public relations
- Develop and implement marketing launch plans to align with product team objectives and set success metrics for marketing teams
- Coordinate cross-company initiatives with a variety of stakeholders including Razer hardware, services, sales and global marketing teams
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing campaign
- Work with Global Business Development teams to grow Chroma RGB ecosystem through partnerships with game developers and hardware partners
- Collaborate with Big Data team to drive features needed for ecosystem growth and data driven decision making
- Be responsible for managing the marketing budget and approval processes
Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing with 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience with proven track record of success in PC/mobile software
- Solid expertise and experience in execution of marketing strategies and campaigns in both a strategic and tactical sense
- A strong self-starter mentality and the capability to build relevant connections with internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-growth environment
- Curiosity to discover new marketing trends and to know what our competitors are doing in our industry
- Strong interest in tech product and gaming industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills - both verbally and in writing
- Passionate about video games
