The Digital Marketing Manager (Affiliate & Partnership Marketing) is responsible for growing the global affiliate marketing channel by developing demand generation programs, executing marketing campaigns, providing analytics, and process improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and recruiting new Partners, Influencers and Affiliates for current and new product categories.
  • Develop thriving relationships with Partners globally (US, GB, DE, FR. SG, HK)
  • Developing and monitoring Partners promotions to drive traffic and sales
  • Business reporting for affiliate marketing promotions and activity
  • Maintaining campaign/demand generation programs with Partners including brand content, affiliate channel content and transactional campaign content (includes marketing production for affiliate marketing assets)
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities in new markets (AU, EU)
  • Keeping track of Partners sales and sales operations
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions

Pre-Requisites:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field of study
  • 5+ years' experience in online marketing, or channel marketing
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing funnel optimization and analytics
  • Google Analytics, Attribution Tools, CRM (Salesforce.com preferred), marketing automation (ExactTarget preferred), Affiliate Marketing (Impact Radius preferred) experience
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills are also required. You need to be decisive, action-oriented, and be able to motivate, inspire, and lead cross teams to leverage resources effectively.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
