Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a clear and concise first party CRM and customer lifecycle management strategy
  • Set up the clear roadmap and target for the customer retention and loyalty plan
  • Owns the CRM marketing analytics and help increase our consumer's LTV
  • Setup personalized customer journeys through data.
  • Gather consumer insights to identify personas, segmentations, and opportunities
  • Conduct data analysis on campaign results, use data to optimize and formulate operation plans
  • Create dedicated content/communication plan with our segmented first party customers
  • Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies, ultimately with the aim to improve segment targeting
  • Stay up to date with digital technology developments

Pre-requisites:

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Solid experience in consumer segmentation and analytics
  • Well-versed in multivariate testing
  • Love data, analysis, and storytelling
  • Team player with strong communication skills, and have experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
