Job Responsibilities :

As the Sales Manager for Colombia, you will help increase sell through of Razer products to meet revenue goals in Colombia.

  • Drive and maximize sales performance in the territory to consistently achieve the overall sales target assigned.
  • Evaluate key business opportunities and develop new relationships.
  • Establish a solid and professional relationship with partners who carry Razer in their brand catalogue by following up, solving problems, and make sure they are succeeding in their business selling Razer.
  • Train partners and retailers on existing products, upcoming launches, and product categories.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all aspects of the business are well supported and ensure strategic product launches well implemented.
  • Knowledge of competitors, local market trends, pricing, promotions, and advertising.
  • Suggest marketing plans and programs to generate leads and long-term demand.
  • Work closely and communicate daily and effectively with remote sales team regarding partner strategy and support needed for a successful execution.
  • Develop brand presence and negotiate product placement in high traffic retail space, specialized shops, shopping malls, and gaming stores.
  • Coordinate and execute channel marketing activities, attend consumer shows, and retail activations as required.
  • Identify main trade shows and gaming events for participation. Helping with planning and executions to show event ROI and post sales.
  • Travel required up to 15% of the time, domestic and/or international.

Pre-Requisites :

  • BA/BS degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales & marketing experience within consumer electronics space, preferably gaming hardware.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Must have verbal and written fluency in Spanish. English is a bonus.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
  • Operates with a sense of urgency; identifies opportunities and acts quickly to achieve results.
