Job Responsibilities

This 9 month Content Operations Specialist traineeship position reports to the Executive Director of Software (Cortex) and will work side-by-side with a local mentor (Content Operations Specialist) in Singapore. This position will work with a world-wide team (Singapore, US, China, LATAM, EU) to coordinate global customer facing campaigns. The trainee will be involved in:

  • Gain knowledge of the mobile games ecosystem and hands-on discussions with major companies in the mobile games industry
  • Gain experience with operations of Android mobile applications lifecycle and cross-app engagements
  • Active participation in operational planning process, including coordinating with engineering, product, and business development teams
  • How to engage employees and external partners professionally
  • Learning how to work across a global team to plan and execute campaigns which may be either global or regional
  • Learn how to adapt in-app campaigns to specific regions (specifically for SEA and LATAM regions)

You will learn:

  • Gain knowledge of the mobile games ecosystem and hands-on discussions with major companies in the mobile games industry

Pre-Requisites

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020
