The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Channel Marketing Manager and Sales Team to ensure all business goals and objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all Amazon product listings are fully up to date, with optimized content, in stock at the right price to have the highest possible conversion rate.
  • Manage Vendor Central and Seller Central catalog to ensure it is both current and accurate
  • Maintain product setup file, ASIN creation, pricing and content.
  • Compile inventory reports, and create spreadsheets as necessary
  • Coordinate projects with sales/marketing teams as well as Amazon contacts
  • Manage business intelligence tools like price crawlers to ensure all channels are aligned.
  • Analyzes sales reports and market trends and identifies channels and account targets.
  • Prepares and presents ongoing reports to executive management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets, database and reporting tools.
  • Excellent technical communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must have Microsoft Office Experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Can work independently, prioritize efficiently, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
