Job Responsibilities :

As the Business Manager (Americas), you are responsible for the go-to market strategy and the success of our Global Business Units from a regional perspective. You are focused on business results, first and foremost, making sure we hit and exceed our sales and market share targets. As the Business Manager, you craft amazing plans that ensure those goals are met. You are an extension of the Global Business Unit and responsible for driving that strategy, while also adding your unique knowledge of the regional market and passing that onto the Global team. You are an excellent communicator and are heavily valued in the organization.

  • Product Launch and Lifecycle Planning for Americas – Developing detailed product launch and lifecycle marketing plans, messaging, promotions, budgets, and campaigns.
  • New Category Launch Plans – Developing channel strategy.
  • Competitive Product Analysis – US market share tracking, reporting & analysis.
  • Prepare and present Key Account Sales Presentations.
  • US pricing/channel analysis and strategy development with sales leadership.
  • Drive the BU strategy in the Americas – Aligning marketing and sales to deliver results in both sell-through and market share.
  • Evaluating competitive products – provide insights to engineering/design team.
  • Execute impactful product launches that grow Razer’s share of the TAM.
  • Master the platform’s unique abilities to position Razer for continued growth.
  • Implement promotion plans and strategies based on sales and market data analysis.
  • Focus on Advertising optimization, traffic, and conversion as main KPI’s.
  • Travel required up to 15% of the time, domestic and/or international.

Pre-Requisites :

  • BA/BS degree in Business, or related field from competitive college or university. MBA desired.
  • 5+ years business management experience or combination of sales and marketing experience in consumer technology/entertainment categories.
  • Must have experience pitching/launching/selling through products in Retail & Ecommerce.
  • Experience with Amazon Advertising or other digital media platforms.
  • An established record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Excellent analytical skills with loads of examples of data-based decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding teamwork, organizational interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate, ambitious, self-starter, charismatic.
