Job Responsibilities :
- Managing accounts and grow business opportunities with accounts
- Achieve business plan targets, increase revenues and market share
- Co-ordinate with internal customers in meeting external customers' requirements
- Prospect and negotiate commercial and contractual terms with merchants
- Manage internally and co-ordinate with Technical Operations, Product, Business Development and Legal etc. to deliver the specifications of integration
- Create additional revenue streams through upselling of new solutions and additional payment methods.
- Provide sales training and sales support to the partner as and when appropriate.
- Build a solid pipeline and have a sustainable and constant closing on a monthly basis
- Provide product feedback through merchant feedback, industry trends, market activities and competitors
Pre-Requisites :
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in merchant acquisition, managing sales pipeline and acquisition of new merchants.
- Able to achieve stipulated sales target
- Positive and Can-do attitude
- Experience in marketing, loyalty and engagement strategies
Excellent problem solver, organised, detail-oriented - Contributes to the team by being team player, accomplishing related results as needed
