Job Responsibilities :

  • Managing accounts and grow business opportunities with accounts
  • Achieve business plan targets, increase revenues and market share
  • Co-ordinate with internal customers in meeting external customers' requirements
  • Prospect and negotiate commercial and contractual terms with merchants
  • Manage internally and co-ordinate with Technical Operations, Product, Business Development and Legal etc. to deliver the specifications of integration
  • Create additional revenue streams through upselling of new solutions and additional payment methods.
  • Provide sales training and sales support to the partner as and when appropriate.
  • Build a solid pipeline and have a sustainable and constant closing on a monthly basis
  • Provide product feedback through merchant feedback, industry trends, market activities and competitors

Pre-Requisites :

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in merchant acquisition, managing sales pipeline and acquisition of new merchants.
  • Able to achieve stipulated sales target
  • Positive and Can-do attitude
  • Experience in marketing, loyalty and engagement strategies
    Excellent problem solver, organised, detail-oriented
  • Contributes to the team by being team player, accomplishing related results as needed
  • Driven, Ambitious & Results Orientated
