Job Responsibilities :

The Key Account Associate Sales Manager in acting as the liaison between Razer and its Channel Partners. You will be responsible for managing all business development aspects of Razer’s partnerships, with a primary focus on sales revenue growth and a healthy sellout pipeline.

  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to Razer’s sales rules of engagement. Managing and being the main point of contact for channel partners, including retailers.
  • Aggressively driving partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support. Managing sales orders and providing status to partners and to manager.
  • Manage day to day activities and requests and be primary contact with channel partner
  • Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple partners
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, able to process data to form patterns and communicate trends to key partner and manage inventory accordingly
  • Strong key partner management skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and build excellent working relationships
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years or above IT industry related experience preferred
  • Having gaming industry experience is a plus
  • Native in Korean and Fluent in English (Verbal and written)
  • Must have experience in sales planning and forecasting
  • Able to work within a matrix structured environment
