Job Responsibilities
- You will work closely with the product team of Razer Pay platform to plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns with key partners in Malaysia. The position has the responsibility of developing marketing strategy, promotions and activities to drive user acquisition, engagement and supporting the product to maximize user growth and revenue opportunities. Reporting to SVP, this position requires a self-directed, adaptable individual with very strong communication skills, who can work under pressure, along with proven experience working on complex, international, time-critical projects.
- You will have the marketing ownership of a mobile application and online platform, driving end user demand generation from user acquisition (primary), recurring usage (primary) and revenue (secondary).
- Manage marketing agencies within Malaysia and other South-East Asia for campaign execution and creatives. Formulate and implement go-to-market plans that achieve user acquisition and revenue targets.
- Manage S&M expenses and ROIs for the product and business. Developing and implementing communication strategy with Razer global marketing and content teams for press social and community engagements.
- Good understanding of digital advertising landscape and ability to execute digital advertising campaigns on social media, Ad platforms for PC / Mobile platforms. Manage marketing relationships to execute promotions collaterals with different partners, and achieve maximum end user demand generation.
- Collect and analyze marketing campaign data related to partner accounts to be presented regularly to Business and Product leads. Prepare all necessary documents, legal requirements and brand approvals required for marketing activities.
- Work with product and business development team to develop and manage product literature, presentation and sales enablement materials for Business teams. Report progress and challenges to Product, Business, Marketing leads.
Pre-Requisites
- At least 8 years experience in marketing/communications roles
- Track record of leading B2B and B2C branding/marketing programs
- Experience in and understanding the Fintech business and targeting the audience
- Demonstrated ability to create cross-functional business networks and leverage it to influence business agenda
- Track record in project management or change management, related to marketing initiatives and customer experience
- Strong communication skills, with ability to translate marketing theory into practical business application
- Proven experience leading rollout, implementation and optimization of new products/campaigns Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
