## Description

**Computers and software are magic. Until they aren't.**

And when they aren't, someone needs to figure out why. That someone is you.

We're looking for a part-time IT Technician (20 hours/week) to be the person we can trust with almost anything IT. Someone who pro-actively keeps count of user directories, IT costs and cyber security. But also someone who sets up or fix the meeting room technique, activates the right connectors and APIs between our different SW and finds the reason the network is slow before anyone asks about it.

The role is based in Stockholm and we expect you to be around at the House of Fury to support a team of 35 people in-house and 25 remote.

**What you'll be doing**

You'll be the go-to IT person for a distributed, creative team. That means:

- Managing Google Workspace with confidence including admin access, sharing restrictions, access levels, and org structure. You know your way around the Admin Console.
- Keeping Asana, Confluence, and Slack in good order with user provisioning, permission structures, and access tiers, making sure the right people can see the right things (and the wrong people can't).
- Handling our AI tooling responsibly, ie. assigning tokens, activating connectors, managing skills, and making sure we're using these tools thoughtfully. You think about environmental cost, not just convenience.
- Maintaining firewalls, servers, and NAS equipment as part of your regular routine.
- Setting up hardware, configuring meeting rooms, and keeping our hardware inventory accurate and up to date.
- Providing friendly, reliable IT support for day-to-day needs, like connecting file explorer to a local machine, recommending a solid PC model, or tracking down why the network has decided to take the day off.
- Guiding colleagues on cybersecurity best practices — helping people build good habits around passwords, phishing, data handling, and everything in between.
- Offering technical training and guidance to staff when needed

**What we're looking for**

- Solid, documented experience with Google Workspace admin including access control, sharing policies, group management, and beyond.
- Hands-on experience managing users and permissions in Asana, Confluence, and Slack.
- Proven experience working with AI platforms in an admin or IT capacity. You understand token budgets, have set up connectors, and approach AI tools with both competence and a sustainability mindset.
- A natural comfort with firewalls, network infrastructure, servers, and NAS environments, the kind of comfort that comes from having done it many times before.
- A calm, methodical approach to troubleshooting. You look into things promptly and thoroughly until you understand what went wrong and how to solve IT(!).
- Good communication skills, reliable and a service-minded attitude. You're someone colleagues feel comfortable asking for help.

Bonus points if you've supported a distributed creative team.

**The practicalities**
