Your Mission

As Lead Talent Professional (Technical Recruiter) supporting the Raven Studio you will drive full life-cycle recruiting. We know that it takes great talent to make phenomenal games, so we’re always seeking out Talent Professionals that demonstrate enthusiasm for games, passion for our people, and the motivation to support our studio on the path to success. Our Talent Professionals build trust and credibility with the business and act as consultants to hire the amazing people for our open roles.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Run the end-to-end recruiting process for game development roles including Software Engineers, 3D Artists, Tech Art, Animation, Game Designers and more.

  • Manage and mentor a small team of Recruiters in support of studio hiring goals.

  • Partnering with recruitment coordinators and talent sourcers to find, attract, assess, and hire for all open roles.

  • Collaborate with studio leadership team & hiring managers to understand their team’s talent needs, develop a tailored sourcing strategy, provide advice and implement the plans to assess and hire top talent.

  • Very strong Sourcing skills, ability to directly source and build pipelines of candidates using all available systems and tools.

  • Be a proactive ambassador and aly, for diversity, equity, inclusion efforts in all things we do.

  • Serve up a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through a new hire’s first days with timely communication and a diligent follow-through.

  • Facilitate interview process, hiring decisions, and offer negotiations.

  • Partner with HR to support new hire onboarding tasks including employment contracts, visa documentation, orientation, onboarding paperwork and other related projects.

  • Help ensure recruiting data integrity by using our ATS (Workday Recruit) to optimize and document your work.

  • Apply data and analytics to drive decision-making with partners.

  • Partner with University Relations, DEI teams, and Executive Recruiting as needed

  • Work with your colleagues in systems, assessment, analytics, talent attraction, and talent planning to level up your broader skills and knowledgebase.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years or more of in-house as a full life-cycle, in-studio, corporate recruiter, including proactive sourcing work.

  • 2+ years or more, creative studio recruiting experience working within either the Video Games, Animation, film or VFX Industry.

  • Experience handling multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and internet sourcing tools.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.

  • Well organized with the ability to learn and adapt quickly

  • Great teammate who approaches challenges and change with positivity.

Extra Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but is not required.

  • Proficiency with Workday Recruit preferred, not required.

  • 1+ year or more, directly recruiting roles specific to games engineering, Digital 3D Art, Animation, or VFX for video games, film, or animation is preferred.
